Survey

Telephone interview
We conduct an initial interview with the most suitable candidates, during which you can tell us more about yourself and get to know our company and the tasks waiting for you.
Technical interview
The time has come to test your skills! A technical interview conducted by your future Team Leader will give you a better idea of the specifics of our project work, and allow us to get a better idea of your abilities in practice and theory.
Offer / contract
The next stage is the most important administrative issues. We offer you great terms of cooperation tailored to your needs. Two signatures and we can already start our adventure together.
Onboarding
Each candidate who takes part in a technical interview will receive feedback on why he/she was selected or why he/she was not invited to work with us. New employees start their first day with onboarding and learn all the details of daily work.

OUR EXPECTATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years of commercial experience working with React
- Knowledge of design patterns and issues such as SOLID or KISS
- Very good knowledge of the technologies used to build the frontend (React, Webpack, TypeScript, Yarn, Sass/Less)
- Experience in building modular, high-performance services
- Very good knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript
- Knowledge of the Git version control system
Skills welcome:
- Experience in building containerized applications (Docker)
- Advanced knowledge of CSS (animations, transformations, flex)
- Experience in developing complex, multi-module SPA applications
- Familiarity with GitlabCI and ability to build pipelines
- Experience in building asynchronous interfaces
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Application development using React
- Work with modular and flexible architecture based on micro frontends and SPAs
- Cooperation with other teams (graphic designers, testers)
- Presentations of delivered functionalities with the team
