Dedicated beauty industry e-commerce stores
Intergroup provides e-commerce services in the beauty industry. We wrote and implemented four online stores for them, including two based on multisite. This project required a number of functionalities that enabled a comfortable and intuitive use of the platform and met the client’s specific requirements.
The first challenge was to create four online stores, two of which were based on multisite i.e. EldaBeauty, Interb2b, meaning that they supported multiple languages and currencies. It was necessary to ensure that each of these stores was easy to use, no matter which country the customer was in. In addition, in the case of InterB2B, it was necessary to have a solution that would allow wholesale sales only to registered users.
What have we done?
We designed and implemented the ManiKing, AbaGroup, EldaBeauty, Interb2b online shops.
Synchronisation of products with Product Manager.
Synchronisation with Baselinker, where in one place administrators can manage orders from any platform.
Multicurrency, based on Fixer.io API, dependent on user location.
Multilingualism, based on multisite.
Newsletter with integration of Freshmail APIz integracją z API Freshmail.
Customised delivery methods, e.g. RoyalMail delivery for the UK, whose delivery price depends on the amount in the basket.
Abandoned basket function, where an email is sent to users after 24 hours (if they have not made a purchase) reminding them of the products in their basket.
Customer groups on B2B, which allow for the creation of individual price lists (different margins added to the price of products) and individual forms of payment (e.g. transfer to account - deadline 7 days).
Customer groups on each shop, which allow for the sale of an assortment intended only for female instructors of the company (certificate type).
Very extensive promotions: amount/percentage discount codes, promotions for entire categories, promotions such as 2+1, free gifts for a penny for purchases over a given amount.
Validation of the user's TIN in the CSO (after the API) and downloading of his/her data from the CEIDG to automatically complete the address fields.
Writing a functionality for using the gov.pl API to verify the correctness of the entered city in the address field and displaying the matching cities after the user enters three letters.
We designed and implemented online stores for ManiKing, AbaGroup, EldaBeauty, Interb2b. As part of the project for InterGroup, we created 4 online stores, each with its own unique design and product offerings, corresponding to the specific industry in which it operates. Each of the stores was integrated with other systems we implemented.
Registration and authorisation system for B2B customers
For the InterB2B online store, Intergroup has introduced a registration and authorization system for B2B customers. As a result, only registered users who have been approved by the administrator can place orders. This increases the security of transactions and helps avoid misunderstandings with customers who are not registered and are not authorized to buy in bulk.
Individual prices for B2B customers
InterB2B allows you to set individual prices for wholesale customers. Each customer has its own prices, allowing you to flexibly adjust prices to meet their needs. This increases the company’s competitiveness in the market and enables more efficient sales to B2B customers.
Product synchronisation with Product Manager
In one place, administrators can manage orders from any platform: We implemented an integration with Baselinker, which allows orders from different sales platforms to be managed in one place. As a result, store administrators were able to access all orders from each of the online stores in one panel.

We have implemented functionality to allow users to select a currency based on their geographic location, using the Fixer.io API.

To ensure effective communication with all customers, regardless of their country and language, we have implemented multilingualism functionality, based on multisite.
Newsletter with Freshmail API integration
We created a newsletter system integrated with Freshmail’s API, which allowed us to automatically send personalized emails to customers based on their preferences and activity in the online store.
Customised delivery methods
In order to meet the needs of different groups of customers, we created functionality that allowed us to add custom delivery methods, such as RoyalMail shipments for the UK, the price of which depended on the amount in the shopping cart.
