Trans.eu – a series of projects for Europe’s largest freight exchange

Trans.EU is the largest freight exchange in Europe, with a logistics platform for shippers, freight forwarders and carriers. Working with Trans.eu, we had the opportunity to implement a series of projects related to the TSL industry. Our partnership focused not only on specific projects, but also on providing technical support to Trans.eu’s development team and long-term technological partnership in software development.

Challenge:

During our long-term cooperation, we faced challenges in meeting all technological and quality requirements set by Trans.EU. Our main goal was to deliver software that would not only meet the client’s expectations, but would also work in full integration with the existing platform, according to the highest quality standards. An additional challenge was to meet all the quality and process requirements for software delivery in accordance with the instantiated software development process on the part of Trans.eu.

Strategy:

Our strategy focused on comprehensive implementation of each project and effective support of Trans.EU in software implementation. From the very beginning, we set ourselves the goal of thoroughly understanding the client’s expectations and their strategic points. Our priority was not only to deliver the software, but also to contribute to the efficiency and development of the Trans.eu logistics platform.

Activities:

First, we conducted an analysis of the client’s requirements and the functionality that the project should meet. Then we were responsible for developing the architecture, designing, implementing the application and delivering a working solution. We worked with the designated Trans.EU development team, participating in regular meetings where we discussed current project issues and challenges. As a result, we were able to quickly adapt to emerging changes and accelerate the implementation of the product.

Conclusions:

Implementing projects for Trans.EU was an extremely valuable experience for us, which allowed us to develop our skills and experience in the TSL industry.

With the right approach to projects and effective cooperation, we were able to achieve our goals. Trans.EU appreciated our approach based on transparency and a “yes we can” attitude from the very beginning of the cooperation. We are pleased that our client’s team trusted us enough to switch from a fixed price contract to an agile model and decided to contract more projects with us.
