The project, created for a medical industry startup, was designed as a comprehensive e-learning platform. A very important aspect was the high requirements for the creation of courses, tests and how they are displayed to the users. High-quality video materials are displayed directly from a secure external server. The system offers the option of purchasing one-time access, as well as subscription.
In a quite interesting way, the user can choose the category of the course he wants to take part in.
Lessons consist of video materials, as well as photos and text.
After each course, you can define a test of any length, which, after completion, can indicate the correct answers, will allow you to repeat the material if necessary, and also save the result for the future.
The project for Notiomi is not only about e-learning, but also the entire system for selling and purchasing the courses.
You can always go back to the courses you have already completed in the user panel.
Notiomi is a startup, which aims at teaching anatomy at the highest level. Their e-learing system had to match it.
2 months from start to implementation
Notiomi was created as a custom built extension of Wordpress and WooCommerce. Thanks to this approach, we were able to significantly lower the development time and save budget. From the user perspective there are no traces of the use of Wordpress thanks custom built frontend. However backend facilitates creating and managing courses using well-known Wordpress administration panel.
