About the client
CargoON is a transport management platform for shippers, part of the Trans.eu group. It combines load allocation, real-time visibility monitoring, operational reporting and time-slot management in a single ecosystem. CargoON is used by leaders in FMCG, steel, agriculture, paper, retail, wood and automotive (e.g. Boryszew SA, MFO SA, Centrum Pali) — streamlining warehouse and transport operations across Europe.
Scope of work
We designed and continue to develop the time-slot management module (Dock Scheduler) — a key part of the CargoON platform. The system digitises dock booking, automates ramp and warehouse resource planning and provides a self-service slot booking portal for carriers. Real-world impact at clients: 40% shorter truck handling time (Boryszew SA), 25% higher warehouse throughput (MFO SA), driver waiting time reduced from 5 hours to 1 (Centrum Pali).
Digital booking and time-slot planning
A central time-slot schedule with automatic slot assignment for carriers. Removes queues at the ramps and unpredictable truck arrivals, keeping operations and costs under control.
Ramp resource and staff planning
Precise matching of team, equipment and docks to the actual demand in a given time slot. Consolidating orders into a single booking removes idle time and costly overtime.
Self-service carrier portal
A free, simple time-slot booking portal that carriers actually use. Changing a slot or handing it over to another carrier takes a moment — no calls or emails to the logistics team.
Real-time notifications and change handling
Automatic notifications about booking status, schedule changes and delays. Logistics and carriers stay in sync — no manual email coordination.
Throughput and ramp utilisation analytics
Operational reports on ramp utilisation, handling time, delays and warehouse KPIs. Lets you measure the real impact of the rollout and keep optimising the process.
Integration with CargoON and Trans.eu

Dock Scheduler is a native part of the CargoON platform (powered by Trans.eu) and exchanges data with the other modules: Load Allocation, Visibility Monitoring and Operational Reports. The shipper manages the whole cycle — from allocating a load to a carrier, through booking a time slot, monitoring ETA, to operational analytics — in one coherent ecosystem.
