About the client
Golia360 is an Italian technology company delivering a complete ecosystem of tools for carriers and logistics operators — including Golia Fleet for fleet management, route optimisation tools, fuel and toll settlements. Golia360 solutions are used by thousands of Italian and European transport companies as the central system supporting carriers' daily work.
Scope of work
We designed and rolled out Golia Exchange — a new freight exchange portal based on integration with the Trans.eu network (more than 125,000 logistics operators in Europe). Golia360 users gained direct access to Trans.eu orders, with the ability to operate in a private exchange or expand visibility across the whole European market. The solution is embedded in the Golia Fleet ecosystem, enabling load matching, route optimisation and real-time partner collaboration.
Trans.eu exchange integration
Full integration with the Trans.eu platform giving Golia users direct access to the network of 125,000+ logistics operators in Europe. Orders, offers and communication flow between systems in real time.
Golia Exchange portal
A dedicated freight exchange portal with search, filtering and offer preview on the map and as a list. Coherent Golia branding tailored for Italian and European carriers.
Private and public exchange
The ability to operate in private mode (trusted partners only) or public mode with full offer visibility in the Trans.eu network. The user decides how widely to distribute their loads.
Smart search and load matching
Intelligent load search by radius, vehicle type, time windows and lanes. Matching mechanisms help reduce empty runs and use the fleet better.
Map and list view of offers
Two parallel views of offers — an interactive map with clustering and a list with full order details. The dispatcher quickly assesses the geography of offers and picks the best fit.

Golia Exchange runs natively inside the Golia Fleet ecosystem — enabling load matching with the available fleet, route optimisation and smooth partner cooperation without switching systems.
