About the client
OMEGA Pilzno is one of the largest Polish logistics groups, with more than 30 years of experience in the TSL sector. It runs its own fleet of nearly 700 trucks (including eco-friendly LNG tractors), 8 logistics warehouses and employs over 1,500 people. It delivers road transport, including temperature-controlled, across Europe and Turkey, providing 3PL, omnichannel logistics, customs agency and warehousing services.
Scope of work
We designed and rolled out a dedicated TMS fully tailored to OMEGA Pilzno's business processes — along with PTV maps integration, integration with the client's SAP and an internal freight exchange for the forwarding team.
Custom TMS system
A TMS built from scratch for OMEGA Pilzno's actual operations — handling orders, fleet, drivers, transport documents and settlements. Modular architecture lets us add new features quickly as the business grows.
PTV maps integration
Full integration with PTV Maps and PTV Routing — precise truck route planning with tonnage, height, low-emission zone and driver-hours constraints. Realistic travel time and route cost are visible already at the planning stage.
Internal freight exchange
A dedicated internal freight exchange for the OMEGA Pilzno forwarding team. It lets free vehicles be matched quickly to orders across branches, reducing empty runs and speeding up fleet turnover.
SAP integration
Bidirectional integration of the TMS with the client's SAP — data on orders, contractors, invoices and settlements flows automatically. This removes manual rekeying and keeps information consistent across the organisation.

Integration with the client's system
The TMS was integrated with the client's SAP and PTV Maps. As a result OMEGA Pilzno works in a single, coherent environment — transport operations, route planning and finance run fully in sync.
