About the client
OSTsped Logistics is a Polish transport and forwarding operator specialising in intermodal transport and container shipments across Europe. The company services Polish and European ports, runs Silk Road lanes and operates ADR, refrigerated, dry and flat-rack transport, with its own fleet of tractors, container chassis and a 24/7 dispatch team.
Scope of work
We designed and rolled out a dedicated transport order planner supporting OSTsped's dispatch team — along with a toolkit speeding up planning and decisions. Crucially, the whole solution was integrated with the client's Interlan TMS, so the customer didn't have to change their processes or migrate data.
Transport order planner
A visual planner showing fleet, drivers and orders in a single view over a multi-day horizon. The dispatcher sees who's going where, when a vehicle returns to base and which orders await assignment — with drag & drop scheduling.
Dispatcher support tools
A set of modules streamlining daily work: filtering and queuing new orders, suggestions on available vehicles, status flags (e.g. coming home for the weekend, no EXP) and quick map view of containers and routes.
Interlan TMS integration
Full bidirectional integration with the client's Interlan TMS. Orders, fleet, drivers and contractors sync automatically — the client didn't have to change processes or replace their TMS, just add our planning module.

Integration with the client's system
The planner was integrated with the client's Interlan TMS via a dedicated API — a unique approach, since rolling out a new planning module typically requires replacing or deeply reworking the TMS. Thanks to the integration OSTsped optimised planning without changing the team's working environment.
