Trans.eu is Europe's largest freight exchange, connecting forwarders, carriers and shippers on one platform (more than 125,000 logistics operators). Trans.eu Group develops an ecosystem of TSL solutions, including CargoON, Dock Scheduler and an open API documented at trans.eu/api.
Scope of work
We deliver integrations of Trans.eu clients' TMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Comarch, in-house TMS) with the Trans.eu platform in a Fix Price model — an average, flat price independent of the client's system. Every package covers the full cycle: technical analysis, implementation, data mapping, integration tests, documentation and 30 days of post-launch support. Measurable results: 60–80% less data entry time, 3× faster reaction to load offers, 0 data rekeying errors.
Scenario 1 — Publishing loads from TMS/ERP
Automatic publishing of load offers on the Trans.eu exchange directly from the client's system. XML/CSV/DB → JSON transformation, dictionary mapping (countries, bodies, ADR), OAuth 2.0, publishing on the public, private, branded or invited-company exchange. Multifreight, batch processing, automatic refresh. Fix Price: EUR 12,500 net, delivery 4–6 weeks.
Scenario 2 — Offer handling and load acceptance (carrier)
Automatic retrieval of load proposals from Trans.eu and acceptance of transactions without leaving the TMS — designed for large carriers cooperating with forwarders (DSV, ALPI, Freja). Business filters, counter-offers, callbacks. Fix Price: EUR 9,800 net, delivery 3–5 weeks.
Scenario 3 — Full forwarder flow (Freight → Order → Execution)
End-to-end automation of the whole transport order cycle — from publishing, through negotiation and ordering, to monitoring (GPS, statuses, ETA), documents and invoices. 70%+ reduction in order handling time, full end-to-end integration. Fix Price: EUR 22,000 net, delivery 8–12 weeks.
Scenario 4 — Dock Scheduler (bookings and time slots)
Sync of the warehouse schedule with Trans.eu Dock Scheduler directly from the client's WMS/ERP. Creating and managing time slots, bookings from POs, status updates and history. Removes double data entry, optimises ramp utilisation. Fix Price: EUR 15,500 net, delivery 3–4 weeks.

On top of the API we offer AI agents monitoring exchanges 24/7 — automatically finding loads, placing offers and supporting forwarding teams with operational decisions. A natural extension of the Trans.eu integration.
Fix Price model independent of the client's system
A flat, averaged price regardless of the system (SAP, Oracle, Comarch, custom TMS/ERP). Includes: technical analysis, implementation, mapping, tests, documentation, 30 days of post-launch support, 90-day warranty. Payment 50% upfront / 50% on delivery.

Integration with the client's system
Integrations are built on the publicly available Trans.eu API (trans.eu/api) with OAuth 2.0 authorisation, encrypted communication and ISO 27001 compliance. Every integration is controlled by the client's IT team. Packages can be rolled out independently or combined into discounted bundles.
