Project Management

The Scrum master / Project Manager is responsible for properly planning the project work building the scope of the sprint and providing the right materials and tools so that the team can successfully complete the tasks in the sprint. In addition, the Project Manager acts as the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for the client, who can delegate tasks directly to him without having to know the entire team.

Design

UX designers prepare User stories and information for developers and testers to complete tasks in sprints. They work “one step ahead,” i.e., during Sprint 1. They must prepare a set of information for developers to complete in Sprint 2. This approach makes the most efficient use of work time. UX Designers design screens according to functional specifications, which makes it easier to understand the client’s expectations. Graphic designs are implemented according to the approved base design and UX best practices.

Development

The development team works in two-week sprints. At the beginning of each sprint, we set goals and determine which platform elements will be ready at the end of the sprint. Each sprint ends with functionality testing and regression testing. Working with clients, we present elements of the project at periodic “demo” meetings and provide a tool for monitoring work time and tasks.

Testing

All tasks that are completed by developers must pass testing. Only such tasks are considered fully finished and ready to be handed over to the client. As part of our process, we perform functional, regression, performance and security tests.

Production deployment

Deployment is the stage in which we deploy the project to the server specified by the client, in order to allow end users to access it and use its functionality.

Warranty support

Piotr Tabor and Kamil Klebaniuk met while working on joint projects. They immediately knew that they had a similar approach to work and business. While working together, they noticed that their experience and skills allowed them to create more complex solutions. Therefore, they decided to join forces to create Appwise! At the company, Peter is in charge of business aspects, project management and quality, while Kamil focuses on managing software development, developing new technologies and driving the product vision.

Together they have been expanding the team for more than 5 years, which now has more than 50 people.
